Six Reasons and DJ Skee set to release
Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200
Watts-bred rapper and world-renowned DJ team up for street album
(LOS ANGELES, CA ) – Six Reasons and DJ Skee have teamed up again! The dynamic duo is set to release Six’s latest mixtape/street album titled Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200. This will be the second time the two have collaborated to release music.
“I only know two things – crime and rhyme,” states Six Reasons. “So the album is appropriately titled Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200 – I’m either making it or going directly to jail and not passing go.”
The intensity of Six Reasons is evident from the opening track, Do Me A Favor, where he boldly states, “I don’t sing like Drake and I don’t rap like Nas, I don’t dance like Soulja Boy… I’m one of the last real ni*@%s alive!” Six is serious and with numerous street and industry credentials to back his statements, who’s to say he isn’t right.
Featuring 15 tracks produced by Deep Watters and Starr Lab, Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200 fills the void left by cookie-cutter artists and uninspiring music that has flooded the industry. Tracks like If I Never Get Rich and Half A Bottle of Vodka are brutally honest, whereas songs like Hello Goodbye and Jet Blue demonstrate Six’s mass appeal. DJ Skee states, “Six Reasons is one of the greatest personalities I have ever been around. I’m super excited about our new project and his new records with future superstar producer Deep Watters. Get ready!”
Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200 will be available for free digital download on www.djskee.com and www.teruo.com. The project also features artwork from the world famous artist, TTW.
